Varsha Poondi Krishnan Ph.D.

Dr. Krishnan has rich research bioinformatics expertise including planning the experimental strategies along with researchers from multidisciplinary backgrounds, optimizing workflows, and performing genomic (ATAC-seq) and transcriptomic data (bulk RNAseq and quant-seq) analysis and integration. She will discuss data integration with gene expression and protein binding.

Dr. Dhanda has published more than 70 articles in high-impact journals and has developed dozen of heavily cited tools. He will be sharing his experience in introducing epigenomics analysis, project design and case study focused on Epigenetics
